What we collect

How we use it

We use rate-limiting metadata to protect the public site against abuse and to preserve service availability.

What we do not do

We do not store raw IP addresses in the public marketing lead tables.

We do not sell form-submission data to third parties, and we do not use public contact submissions as training material by default.

Security and retention

We apply access controls to operational systems and keep sensitive credentials encrypted at rest where applicable.

We retain marketing submissions for business communication and operational review unless deletion is requested or a shorter retention period is required by law.
